About the role

Ensure the safety of team members and customers.
Work closely with customers and team to maximize customer satisfaction.
Maximize team effectiveness through efficient scheduling, keeping the team focused and delivering the highest quality.

Manage staff to achieve project deadlines, quality, and budget.

Develop installation crews to maximize installation efficiency and minimize quality control mistakes.
Support prefab utilization to increase consistency and reduce field specific labor needs.
Maintain clear friendly relationships with outward entities: inspectors, clients, employees, and future clients.
Maximize Team Efficiency Clarify directives of product installation based on engineered drawings and internal design.
