Responsibilities

  • Partner with Customer Operations NA leadership to translate business priorities into a targeted HR agenda with a people-first mindset
  • Drive organization design aligned to business priorities and operating model evolution
  • Lead workforce planning to ensure the right skills, roles, and capacity are in place
  • Lead talent and succession planning to ensure strong pipelines for critical roles
  • Support development and retention of high-performing and high-potential talent
  • Drive engagement actions aligned to regional context and business priorities
  • Drive adoption of new ways of working across the NA organization
  • Partner with leaders to manage change impact, communication, and engagement

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position is $146,200 to $219,400.
  • Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
  • Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
