About the role

  • Application Procedure: This position may be based in office, hybrid or remotely based and is open to all eligible candidates in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Build, edit, and deploy third-party email campaigns, including HTML and custom email builds.
  • Create, manage, and optimize audience segmentation to ensure accurate targeting and maximize email performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, click rates, conversions, and unsubscribe metrics, providing insights to support ongoing optimization.
  • Work closely with the Team Lead, and clients to A/B test subject lines, email styles, and nurture campaigns

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working with email marketing.
  • 1+ years of experience building and editing HTML emails, with proficiency using both HTML code and drag-and-drop email templates.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp)
  • Familiarity with HTML code, and email optimization required.
  • Industry Expertise: Familiarity with HTML code, and email optimization required.

Compensation

  • The expected salary range for this position is $45,000- $50,000 CAD per year, commensurate with experience.
