About the role

As a Supply Chain Analyst at Lexington Medical, you will operate at the intersection of analytics and execution across a complex, vertically integrated supply chain.
You will transform material, inventory, and logistics data into clear actions that keep production running and customers supplied.

Own inventory accuracy by supporting cycle counts, identifying discrepancies, and partnering cross-functionally to resolve root causes and implement corrective actions.
Partner with warehouse shipping and receiving teams to prioritize inbound and outbound material movements and support operational escalations.
Support inbound logistics execution by analyzing carrier performance, shipment timing, and cost tradeoffs to inform shipping decisions.

Bachelor's and/or Master's in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering
At least one year of experience in supply chain analytics, supply planning, materials management, manufacturing engineering, or a related role supporting physical products.
Ability to reason through complex, interconnected supply chain systems and translate data into clear priorities and actions.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and comfort learning new tools and systems.
Highly self-directed, detail-oriented, and effective in cross-functional environments.
