About the role
- Minimum of 6 months as a CHMG Patient Care Coordinator or Medical Assistant in a CHMG practice.
- Strong customer service skills: Ability to problem solve; Solid oral and written communication skills; Strong organizational skill set.

Requirements

- The position will require excellent customer service knowledge and skills, proven patient care coordination performance and advanced knowledge of CHMG operating systems and fundamental understanding of services offered.
- Demonstrated customer service ability to interact with the public, staff and patients preferred.
- Certification, Registration & Licensure
- Computer proficiency in EMR, Registrations software, Microsoft Office and other practice-based applications.
Skills
- Ability to problem solve; Solid oral and written communication skills; Strong organizational skill set.
- Greets and services all new patient calls seeking a provider and establishing care in the practice.
- Interview and screen new patient (s) for convenient CHMG practice location and timely access based on medical needs.

Compensation
