About the role

  • Through personalized, tech-enabled education powered by 10,000 faculty and colleagues, Covista expands access to healthcare careers and addresses the U.S. healthcare workforce shortage at scale.
  • Covista is the parent company of American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, Chamberlain University, Ross University School of Medicine, Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and Walden University.

Responsibilities

  • Works with a variety of project teams during various stages of the project to define, analyze, document and publish project data, surveys, business processes, and information exchange requirements.
  • Build relationships across the enterprise, and understand at a high level what initiatives are moving forward in other areas of Covista.
  • Develops and maintains a solid knowledge of the federal, state and institutional policies and business processes. Displays willingness to share such knowledge with other stakeholders.
  • Work with projects that include a significant strategic delivery to deliver successful results.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Manages multiple assignments according to documented plans, monitors, and reports progress to ensure that required work is delivered on time.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or other related field experience.
  • must be able to manage tasks and projects with minimal guidance.
  • Software skills required (Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Outlook).

Nice to have

  • Business operations experience/background Preferred and
  • Experience with IT systems analysis/design Preferred

Compensation

  • In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $53521.00 and $96736.75.
