About the role

Responsibilities

  • Open and maintain escrow files from start to close.
  • Prepare, assemble, and send escrow document packages.
  • Support signings and closings (documents, funds, and timelines).
  • The Escrow Assistant role in California's Central Valley involves providing administrative and transactional support to Escrow Officers to ensure timely and accurate handling of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • College level courses a plus.
  • 3 years or more preferred required.

Compensation

  • Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $16.90 - $20.00 hourly.
  • The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
