Responsibilities
- Effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels; facilitating production with Specialists on teams where applicable
- Lead execution of optimizations with regards to performance improvements relative to goals
- Manage all client budgets and/or advise on budget changes based on your expertise
- Effectively own strategic communication internally for client teams
- Full understanding of the eCommerce model and lead gen strategies
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
Requirements
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
- 1-2 years in agency setting
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing
- Specifically having experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development
- Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following additional campaign types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns & Bing Ads
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media's place in the funnel

- A day in the life:
- As the Paid Advertising Strategist, you are responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within your book of business. You are oriented towards the clients' business success, tying your efforts to the greater business goals. You are self-started and autonomously own your responsibilities. You work hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of your service within the broader media mix. You are responsible for owning reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management, sometimes with the support of a Specialist. As the Strategist, you are excellent at providing insights and forward-thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis, and have a strong understanding of your service's strategy and the levers to pull to drive performance
