About the role
- As a Capital Project Manager, you will independently manage large‑scale transmission, distribution, and infrastructure projects, owning results from planning through construction.
- This role sits at the core of our PMO and plays a critical role in delivering projects that expand capacity, enhance reliability, and support long‑term system needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi‑million‑dollar capital projects ($5M-$50M+) with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, cash flows, and risk registers.
- Lead procurement planning, scope development, bid evaluations, and contract administration.
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
- Support mentoring and development of junior PMs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience managing capital construction projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience with SAP and Oracle P6 strongly desired.
Nice to have
- Utility, infrastructure, or data center experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's preferred.
