- What will you do as a Project Controls Manager?
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain the project controls data specifications to enable controls and benchmarking on project CBS level, WBS level and as well as norms analysis.
- Develop, implement and maintain a project database to support project estimating and benchmarking.
- Develop, implement and maintain project reporting formats, utilizing industry-standard tools to allow pro-active informed intervention on Project Execution across all BU projects.
- Participate in Growth project risk identification sessions and implement a risk evaluation process that utilizes a quantitative Monte Carlo analysis approach.
- Implement data acquisition, analysis and project control systems - to allow pro-active informed intervention on Project Execution on all BU projects.
- Support the development and maintenance of a project lessons learned database.
- Proven capability to establish and manage project controls programs.
Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, speak and hear.
- The employee is required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- the employee may be required, on occasion, to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Employee may be required to travel by air, rail, bus, or car.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Primavera P6 for scheduling (required)
- Track project performance and support intervention where required with the BU Project Managers
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) as required by the Maritime Transportation Security Act.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other related field.
Nice to have
- Oracle or Cleopatra Enterprise for cost control and estimating (preferred)
- Data Studio or equivalent for executive dashboards and data analytics (preferred)
- Quantitative risk software (preferred)
