What will you do as a Project Controls Manager?

Develop, implement and maintain the project controls data specifications to enable controls and benchmarking on project CBS level, WBS level and as well as norms analysis.
Develop, implement and maintain a project database to support project estimating and benchmarking.
Develop, implement and maintain project reporting formats, utilizing industry-standard tools to allow pro-active informed intervention on Project Execution across all BU projects.
Participate in Growth project risk identification sessions and implement a risk evaluation process that utilizes a quantitative Monte Carlo analysis approach.
Implement data acquisition, analysis and project control systems - to allow pro-active informed intervention on Project Execution on all BU projects.
Support the development and maintenance of a project lessons learned database.
Proven capability to establish and manage project controls programs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, speak and hear.
The employee is required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel
the employee may be required, on occasion, to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Employee may be required to travel by air, rail, bus, or car.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
Primavera P6 for scheduling (required)
Track project performance and support intervention where required with the BU Project Managers
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Must possess or be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) as required by the Maritime Transportation Security Act.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other related field.

Oracle or Cleopatra Enterprise for cost control and estimating (preferred)
Data Studio or equivalent for executive dashboards and data analytics (preferred)
Quantitative risk software (preferred)
