Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 1-3 years in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements
- Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and working with stakeholders across multiple levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
