Compensation

  • What Is the Opportunity?
  • We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player with industry experience to join our Strategic Resolution Group Claim team as a Sr.
  • Technical Specialist handling complex toxic tort, latent injury, sexual misconduct, environmental claims and/or excess claims that present significant financial exposures.
  • You will develop strategies to successfully resolve these claims in the most efficient and effective way while meeting established protocols and delivering optimal customer service.
  • Travelers matches your 401(k) contributions dollar-for-dollar up to your first 5% of eligible pay, subject to an annual maximum.
  • When you make a payment toward your student loan, Travelers will make an annual contribution into your 401(k) account.

  • With general supervision, you will manage challenging large exposure claims which routinely present unique, complex liability and coverage issues.
  • Coverage Research and Analysis - Responsible for researching the existence of policies that may have been issued by multiple legacy companies and analyzing coverage.
  • Prepare coverage recommendations and present to management.
  • Effectively communicate coverage positions to policyholders or their representatives.
