About the role

  • Our radar-powered intelligence protects billions in assets, monitors adversarial behavior, and ensures safe operations for commercial and government missions.
  • This is a full-time, onsite position based in Menlo Park, California.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience designing complex board-level electronics
  • Expert-level experience with Altium Designer or equivalent PCB design software
  • Hands-on experience with board bring-up, debugging, and electrical validation
  • Familiarity with circuit simulation tools such as LTspice
  • Experience with PLM systems such as Arena or equivalent
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. personnel security clearance
  • Demonstrated experience developing hardware from concept through production
  • Strong mixed-signal design fundamentals, including power distribution, signal integrity, grounding, and EMI/EMC-aware layout
  • Experience developing engineering tools and automation using Python

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience designing radar, aerospace, communications, defense, or other mission-critical electronics
  • Experience with high-speed digital interfaces, FPGA-based systems, embedded processors, or precision analog electronics
  • Experience supporting hardware through manufacturing and deployment
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
  • Working knowledge of RF electronics and system integration
  • Begin contributing to active hardware development efforts and technical discussion
