About the role
- The Director, Clinical Solutions is responsible for leading the strategic growth, development, and overall effectiveness of Ascom's Clinical Application Consulting function.
- As a key member of the Professional Services Leadership team, this role plays a critical part in enabling customer adoption, improving clinical workflows, and ensuring long-term customer success following deployment.
Responsibilities
- This role ensures the organization delivers scalable, high-quality clinical consulting, training, and post-deployment success programs that drive measurable improvements in customer outcomes.
- This leader will standardize and optimize clinical consultation, testing, and training methodologies across the organization, while also developing innovative clinical programs leveraging Ascom solutions-including emerging care models such as Virtual Nursing and Silent ICU.

- Establish frameworks for piloting, validating, and scaling new use cases across the customer base.
