Responsibilities
- Lead complex CI initiatives globally across functions and sites, from problem definition to implemented results.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to improve work methods, decision-making, and the efficiency of CI execution (e.g., smarter analytics, automation, workflow support, knowledge capture).
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and drive action.
- Strives to create a safe workplace and to protect the environment.
- Actively supports a diverse work environment.
- Builds positive work relationships.
- Drives for standardization and simplification.
- Build trust and commitment through candid communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of relevant experience)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional level experience
- AI and digitalization experience, and skills to find practical use for these types of solutions.
- Strong communication and people skills, and ability to understand - and explain and present - complex problems and solutions.
- Comfort with presenting complex, data-rich topics clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge or experience working with LEAN principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, databases and quality management software.
- Build a strong understanding of business drivers and performance levers and translate them into measurable initiatives.
