About the role
- Our products are highly AI embedded with LLM analysis, ASR, and image processing.
- These products are user-facing, friendly and robust web-based applications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, research, and platform teams to clarify project objectives, data constraints, and success metrics
- Implement end to end model lifecycle -data ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement
- Document code, models, data pipelines, and operational runbooks for internal reuse, audits, and external stakeholders.

Requirements
- The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 3 years of experience in the following:
- 3 years of experience building and operating scalable software or microservices that expose AI functionality via APIs or SDKs and integrating those services with existing systems;
- 3 years of experience creating and maintaining automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability (logging/metrics/alerts) to support reliable AI/ML releases;
- 3 years of experience designing and implementing data pipelines for model training and inference, including data validation, transformation, and versioning
- 3 years of experience authoring and maintaining technical documentation for algorithms, system architecture, and operational procedures.

- Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
- In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
