About the role
- Define testing scope, strategy, and comprehensive test plans for projects.
- Monitor test execution, troubleshoot issues, and utilize testing tool

Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee end-to-end testing strategies for complex, multi-tiered projects
- Maintain data integrity across ERP Records within Workday.
- Work in collaboration with Data & Analytics team to build audits & compliance reports
- Support internal audits and compliance reporting.
- Participate and support in Workday releases and upgrades, testing new features, impact analysis, system enhancements
- Support tenant management strategy, including sandbox and production environments - testing
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance leadership to support operational needs.
- Develop process & testing documentation.
- Exposure to ERP systems and how they support broader business operations
Requirements
- Familiarity with Workday implementations or system optimization efforts
Nice to have
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with HRIS or Workday, ideally in an administrative capacity
- Experience working with Kainos is a plus

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with a high degree of accuracy and organization
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective system solutions
Compensation
- $114,000.00 - $182,400.00

- Define testing scope, strategy, and comprehensive test plans for projects. Estimate timelines and resource needs.
- Lead testing initiatives for ERP Applications
- Consolidate findings into detailed test reports and share quality metrics with management and senior executives
- Document defects using ticketing system and report defects to business owners
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
