About the role

  • Monitor test execution, troubleshoot issues, and utilize testing tool; Kainos to ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee end-to-end testing strategies for complex, multi-tiered projects
  • Maintain data integrity across ERP Records within Workday.
  • Work in collaboration with Data & Analytics team to build audits & compliance reports
  • Support internal audits and compliance reporting.
  • Participate and support in Workday releases and upgrades, testing new features, impact analysis, system enhancements
  • Support tenant management strategy, including sandbox and production environments - testing
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance leadership to support operational needs.
  • Develop process & testing documentation.
  • Exposure to ERP systems and how they support broader business operations

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Workday implementations or system optimization efforts

  • Define testing scope, strategy, and comprehensive test plans for projects.
  • Estimate timelines and resource needs.
  • Monitor test execution, troubleshoot issues, and utilize testing tool

  • Consolidate findings into detailed test reports and share quality metrics with management and senior executives
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
  • Review HCM & Payroll audits during payroll weeks to ensure payroll data worthiness
  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve data discrepancies across modules.

Compensation

  • $114,000.00 - $182,400.00
