About the role
- Dascena is a health tech start-up located in downtown Oakland.
- We have developed and implemented predictive machine learning algorithms in hospitals that are used to detect deadly conditions and improve care outcomes.
- As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for our new incoming clients, as well as maintaining a healthy and productive relationship with existing clients.

Requirements
- Has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
