Identify, define and optimize strategic copy frameworks across product launches, brand initiatives, and events
Develop Robinhood's brand voice across channels: broadcast, audio, digital, social, print, and beyond
Drive consistency of voice across products and our brand
Collaborate with designers, motion designers, producers, and strategists to build coordinated, cross-channel work
Functionally lead and develop a team of copywriters
Partner with Content and Strategy teams to ensure copy is both on-brand and strategically grounded
Present work clearly and confidently to cross-functional partners and stakeholders

7+ years of professional copywriting experience, with a strong consumer-facing background (agency experience required)
The ability to take complex, technical subject matter and make it feel simple, human, and compelling
A genuine flair for brevity and wit - you know when one word beats ten
Experience working both in-house and at creative studios
Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces.

A portfolio demonstrating conceptual range and copy craft across product development, brand identity, and digital and broadcast channels
