About the role
- We are seeking an experienced Clinical Dialysis Nurse (RN) to oversee the operations and clinical integrity of multiple dialysis clinics across the Modera region.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth dialysis expertise (in-center and/or home modalities), and a passion for improving quality of care through evidence-based practice and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support patient safety, infection control, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Conduct audits, monitor outcomes, and implement corrective action plans where needed.
- Collaborate with nephrologists, clinic managers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and operational performance.
- Support new clinic openings, surveys, and compliance readiness.
Requirements
- Active California RN license in good standing (required).
- Knowledge of CMS Conditions for Coverage and dialysis compliance standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel between clinic locations in the Modera region.
Nice to have
- Minimum 3 years of dialysis experience
- at least 1 year in a supervisory, educator, or clinical coordinator role preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Master's degree a plus.

- $55k-$63k
