About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced Clinical Dialysis Nurse (RN) to oversee the operations and clinical integrity of multiple dialysis clinics across the Modera region.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth dialysis expertise (in-center and/or home modalities), and a passion for improving quality of care through evidence-based practice and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support patient safety, infection control, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Conduct audits, monitor outcomes, and implement corrective action plans where needed.
  • Collaborate with nephrologists, clinic managers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and operational performance.
  • Support new clinic openings, surveys, and compliance readiness.

Requirements

  • Active California RN license in good standing (required).
  • Knowledge of CMS Conditions for Coverage and dialysis compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel between clinic locations in the Modera region.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 3 years of dialysis experience
  • at least 1 year in a supervisory, educator, or clinical coordinator role preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Master's degree a plus.

Compensation

  • $55k-$63k
