Knowledge of basic residential mortgage loan products.
Knowledge of real estate principles, practices, rules, and regulations.
Knowledge of secondary market investor guidelines and compliance requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to act independently and confidentially, using discretion and tract.

Base starting range: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
