About the role
- The role is responsible for Workday configuration, business processes, security, integrations, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Workday security, including security groups, domain and business process security, role assignments, access controls, authentication policies, troubleshooting, and periodic security reviews.
- Develop, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Workday integrations, including EIBs, Workday Web Services, and other integration technologies.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports and dashboards.
- Lead and participate in Workday enhancements, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives by translating business requirements into effective solutions, improving processes and automation, maintaining documentation, and providing support to stakeholders.
- Experience developing and troubleshooting Workday reports and calculated fields.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in HRIS, with significant experience supporting Workday.
- Experience with Workday security and the ability to troubleshoot security and access issues.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Descriptions are representative of those that must be met by employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- Experience with EIBs, Workday Web Services, Workday Studio, or other integration technologies.
- Experience with Workday releases and tenant management.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday business processes and configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Workday certification in one or more functional areas preferred.
