About the role

Assists with ensuring all aspects of the contract are coordinated and completed in a timely, efficient, effective and profitable manner.
The pay range for this position is $28-$30 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications.
Ensure services provided are in compliance with approved performance standards

Webber supports a wide range of project models to meet client needs, including traditional design bid build, design build, alternative delivery models and public private partnership (P3) solutions.
Webber also has an in-house engineering services department to help optimize building efficiency and quality while solving complex project challenges using field experience, innovative construction methods and BIM technology.
Develop and manage performance of all patrol staff
Perform condition assessments of pavements, signs, guardrails, bridges, vegetation and other contract requirements.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted,
Assist with identifying or verifying required maintenance work, interpreting contracts, scheduling and coordinating in - house or sub-contractor work and ensuring work meets contract specifications.
Coordinate and track all required new hire training and ongoing required safety and work standard training
Knowledge of basic math functions and calculations (add, subtract, multiply divide, and calculate proportions, percentages, measurements, proportions, percentages, area and circumference).
Ability to multitask, use resources effectively and meet scheduled deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with the Internet.
Ability to communicate with co-workers/subcontractors, understand and follow verbal and written safety instructions.
Ability to think clearly and focus on your safety in your immediate surroundings, while using tools and equipment, while driving or operating equipment.

Minimum three years' work experience in construction and/or road maintenance industry (preferred).

Utilize cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and efficiency.

Use manual and powered pneumatic, hydraulic, gas, and electric powered tools and equipment

The pay range for this position is $28-$30 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work with Office Manager and Health and Safety Manger on all accident/incidents that result in WSIB claim
