About the role
- You'll work across the stack, turning complex systems into simple, powerful tools for developers.
- Work directly with early customers to understand pain points and shape our roadmap.
- This role is in-office, 5 days/week, based in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Datawizz is building the agent workforce.
- We're hiring people who want to build, not manage.
- Build the agent interface that non-technical users interact with daily, where they assign tasks, watch agents work, and review results.
- Design and implement the backend systems that orchestrate agent sessions, enforce permissions and guardrails, and capture activity logs.
- Lead architecture decisions around system design, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead & influence product decisions.
- Own features end to end - from concept through design, implementation, launch, and iteration.
- As a founding full-stack engineer, you'll own the application layer of our platform - from observability and permissions to the control plane and user-facing dashboards that make our agent infrastructure usable and delightful.
