Responsibilities
- The NP will assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
- Today, Vitae supports more than 300 facilities across the Midwest and East Coast, offering providers the opportunity to practice in a team-based environment while making a meaningful impact on an often-underserved population.
Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is $110,000-$130,000, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through bonuses; candidates may also choose between a base salary structure or a variable compensation plan (commission), which may provide higher earning potential
