About the role
- This individual will perform plant and grounds cleaning to insure sanitary and neat operation of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Maintains outside grounds.
- Manual dexterity and strength/stamina to perform tasks.
Requirements
- Must be able to sweep, scrub and mop floors as necessary.
- Must be able to safely operate a tow motor, floor sweeper and floor scrubber.
- May be called on to perform various duties as required by supervisors.
Nice to have
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Must be able to communicate and work well with others.
