About the role

- As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll work one-on-one with patients in their homes, using creativity, clinical expertise, and problem-solving to help them rebuild the skills needed for everyday living.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist
- From dressing and bathing to cooking, managing routines, and engaging in meaningful activities, you'll guide patients as they rediscover their ability to live safely and independently.

- Experience with adaptive equipment and home modifications
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation
- $84,000 - $94,000 USD
