About the role
- This hybrid role will also be responsible for our content strategy: creating the written, video, and social content that fuels our demand channels, managing our organic social channels, and managing the production relationships that bring it all to life.
- This is a creative, high-ownership role for someone who is equally comfortable writing a customer story, staffing a booth at a conference, and filming a video testimonial with a customer in the field.
Responsibilities
- Track and report on event performance metrics (pipeline influenced, leads generated, cost per opportunity, ROI) and use data to optimize the program.
- Own Toro's content calendar: planning and producing written content (blog posts, customer stories, case studies, podcast material) that supports demand generation and brand storytelling.
- Own Toro's organic social presence - developing a consistent publishing cadence that reflects our brand voice and builds awareness in our target markets.
- Comfortable owning a social media presence and building an organic content program from the ground up.
Nice to have
- 4+ years of event marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or a high-growth startup
- Proven track record owning events end-to-end - from strategy through post-event reporting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Experience partnering with Sales teams to align event and content programming with pipeline goals
Compensation
- Range: $130,000 - $150,000 On Target Earnings (OTE)
- Build and manage the annual events calendar, prioritizing high-impact opportunities aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
