About the role

  • Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our inaugural team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

  • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans for disorders such as stuttering, delayed language, swallowing difficulties, or voice problems, in collaboration with physicians, psychologists, and social workers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with occupational and physical therapists, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Communicator: Effectively manages communication with patients, families, caregivers, and team members to ensure seamless care.
  • Advocate: Supports children and families by meeting them where they are and connecting them with resources to help them thrive.
  • Collaborative: Fosters teamwork, mentorship, and mutual support to maximize patient outcomes and professional growth.

  • Educate and train families and caregivers to best support the patient's progress at home and in daily life.
  • Work closely with occupational and physical therapists, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Fosters teamwork, mentorship, and mutual support to maximize patient outcomes and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to connect with children, families and care teams
  • Excellent organization, time management, and clinical judgement with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Administer speech and language evaluations using standardized tools and instruments to identify the type and degree of impairments.
