About the role

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our inaugural team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans for disorders such as stuttering, delayed language, swallowing difficulties, or voice problems, in collaboration with physicians, psychologists, and social workers.
Collaboration: Work closely with occupational and physical therapists, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Communicator: Effectively manages communication with patients, families, caregivers, and team members to ensure seamless care.
Advocate: Supports children and families by meeting them where they are and connecting them with resources to help them thrive.
Collaborative: Fosters teamwork, mentorship, and mutual support to maximize patient outcomes and professional growth.

Educate and train families and caregivers to best support the patient's progress at home and in daily life.
Work closely with occupational and physical therapists, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Fosters teamwork, mentorship, and mutual support to maximize patient outcomes and professional growth.

Strong communication skills with proven ability to connect with children, families and care teams
Excellent organization, time management, and clinical judgement with ability to work independently and collaboratively
Administer speech and language evaluations using standardized tools and instruments to identify the type and degree of impairments.
