Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Green-card filing pattern in this occupation

Context, not a finding about this posting: of this employer's 57 green-card filings in this occupation, 100% were for a worker who already held the job.

Green-card follow-through: 79%

Of 38 labor certifications old enough to have been used, 8 expired without the employer filing the next step. Median time from filing to decision: 496 days.100% of their filings were for a worker who already held the job.Only certifications past the 180-day window are counted — recent ones cannot have expired yet.

Files H-1B transfers

70 transfer filings in the last year, covering 70 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • We're looking for a Senior Live Ops Producer to run Roblox's shared moments from launch readiness through event close.
  • You'll keep launches coordinated and respond quickly when players need a fix.
  • This is a senior individual contributor role for someone with strong production craft and calm judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • You will own launch sequencing, the war room, in-flight operational calls, reward validation, and day-to-day communications with development partners.
  • Build the production and readiness plan with studios and internal leads. Define delivery milestones, integration deadlines, test plans, and launch criteria, and feed dependencies into the program calendar.
  • Make operational calls within agreed decision rights. Coordinate release timing, hotfixes, pauses, and recovery with engineering, and implement gameplay and economy changes with the designer.
  • Coordinate winner validation with security, legal, and support for scarce rewards or competitions. Investigate failed or incorrect awards and coordinate fixes and player remediation.
  • Resolve delivery blockers, route design decisions to the designer, and escalate technical issues to internal owners. Give developers timely information to plan around their own games and communities.
  • Maintain launch checklists, incident procedures, and operational runbooks. Contribute findings and partner feedback to the Senior Program Manager's retrospectives and post-event playbooks.
  • For US based roles only, please note the Company may not be able to employ candidates for this role who have United States work authorization related to certain U.S. visa categories, or support future H-1B sponsorship at this time.
  • Build the production and readiness plan with studios and internal leads.
  • Validate each release step before moving to the next, and record decisions and changes.
  • Staff and lead the war room.

Requirements

  • Coordinate rehearsals and required QA, performance, security, policy, localization, and support reviews.
  • Working knowledge of progression, virtual economies, and reward pipelines, with experience validating eligibility and award delivery.
  • Fluency with event telemetry and player feedback, and the ability to turn operational signals into clear priorities.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Roblox development workflows, avatar items, and its player and creator communities (preferred).
  • Experience producing live broadcasts, in-game performances, or creator- and influencer-led programming (preferred).
  • Experience with competitive events, winner validation, or exploit response (preferred).

Compensation

  • $141,990 - $178,850 USD

Benefits

  • Establish monitoring, coverage, incident priorities, and escalation paths for the full live window.
  • Monitor event health, reward delivery, player reports, and sentiment with Data Science, support, and community teams.
