Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Business, and client stakeholders to gather requirements, contribute to roadmap planning, and deliver technology solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Design, build, and support scalable, secure, cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, data services, and supporting platform services.
  • Provide L2 production support for escalated user issues, analyze customer feedback and operational metrics, and recommend improvements to application functionality and performance.
  • Design and implement API integrations, microservices, and reusable services using technologies such as.NET, Python, React or Angular, SQL databases, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure-native services.
  • Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews, document technical decisions, share knowledge with team members, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture.
  • In the first 90 days, learn the Waltz platform and related applications, ensure roadmap items are well articulated for immediate enhancements, and lead development of front-end and back-end applications focused on data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and pricing.
  • Operate effectively in an Agile and DevOps environment, balancing hands-on development, technical leadership, production support, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
  • Technology/Equipment Strong hands-on experience building scalable, secure applications on Microsoft Azure using.NET/C#, ASP.NET, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Ability to provide L2 support, troubleshoot production issues, review customer feedback, and translate operational insights into roadmap improvements.
  • Our products, services and solutions help bring innovative therapies to market and support the patients who depend on them.

Requirements

  • An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the expectations listed above.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including PostgreSQL and/or Snowflake
  • experience with data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and pricing workflows.

Nice to have

  • Licenses/Certificates Microsoft Azure, DevOps, Kubernetes, or related technical certifications preferred.
  • Technology/Equipment Experience with CSS3, HTML5, design systems, accessibility, theming, reusable components, and modern front-end engineering practices.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, dbt, Talend, or similar data ingestion and ETL/ELT tools.
  • Deep SQL knowledge and experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
  • Exposure to AI/ML frameworks or cloud-based AI services such as Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or TensorFlow.

  • Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear
