Requirements
- Candidates for this position will be required to sign an authorization for OneAZ to conduct a credit and criminal background check, pursuant to procedures in the Fair Credit Reporting Act and any other applicable laws.
Nice to have
- Completes loan maintenance on various consumer loan types, including but not limited to rate changes, term extensions, and payment modifications.
- Clarifies procedures and guidelines.
- Provides guidance with common consumer loan scenarios.
- Establishes a positive rapport and provides exceptional service that aligns with Credit Union values.
- Tracks title releases and follows up on delays with Credit Union associates, members, dealers and third-party financial institutions.
- Processes out of state title and registration transfer requests for relocated members.
- Completes loan payoffs and title/lien releases on collateralized loans.
- Receives and verifies insurance submissions and assists in collateral protection insurance (CPI) premium billings and refunds.
