Candidates for this position will be required to sign an authorization for OneAZ to conduct a credit and criminal background check, pursuant to procedures in the Fair Credit Reporting Act and any other applicable laws.

Completes loan maintenance on various consumer loan types, including but not limited to rate changes, term extensions, and payment modifications.
Clarifies procedures and guidelines.
Provides guidance with common consumer loan scenarios.
Establishes a positive rapport and provides exceptional service that aligns with Credit Union values.
Tracks title releases and follows up on delays with Credit Union associates, members, dealers and third-party financial institutions.
Processes out of state title and registration transfer requests for relocated members.
Completes loan payoffs and title/lien releases on collateralized loans.
Receives and verifies insurance submissions and assists in collateral protection insurance (CPI) premium billings and refunds.
