This is a full-time, in-office position based in Overland Park, KS.

Manage a caseload of large and complex property losses exceeding $100,000, from initial assignment through resolution
Set and maintain accurate reserves on high-exposure files

You have prior leadership experience.
AIC and/or ARM is a plus.
You must possess an adjuster license.
Hungry: You want to make the leap into an earlier-stage tech company to rapidly accelerate your growth.
You want to roll up your sleeves and hustle - you are not looking for a traditional 9-5 job.
Prior project experience is a plus.
You must possess at least 3 years experience adjusting P&C insurance claims, with a track record handling large, complex property losses over $100k.
You're a property claims savant.
