About the role

Responsibilities
- Integrate Project Programme(s) in accordance with client requirements into the 3D design, including MEP programme to sequence the build within the BIM model.
- Provide technical and assurance support for Planning & Project Controls within the XYZ Project Team.
- Not only have we created this holographic technology, that sits within The Atom - a smart, site-safe headset/hardhat - but we implement it on projects, utilising the power of AR to ensure that all schemes are completed in line with delivery timescales and budgets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of scheduling experience in a construction environment.
- Construction-related degree or M&E trade background.
- Experience with Primavera P6.
- Good knowledge of the construction industry with working knowledge of MEP planning - ideally data centres or high-tech / mission critical sectors.
- Lead external planning teams with proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and 4D integration.
Skills
- Ability to analyse a construction sequence, identify risks and hazards, and resolve coordination issues.
- Able to coach and challenge both management and non-specialists.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with experience in regular client-facing reporting.
- 4D Construction software experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
