Responsibilities

  • Lead product development initiatives applying user and competitive research, business case development, scoping, and all phases of the product development lifecycle
  • Lead a team of PMs and help your team define product specifications, establish milestones, and manage product backlogs for multiple cross-functional product teams
  • Lead prioritization of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across multiple workstreams
  • Stay informed on product trends, emerging technologies, customer expectations, and competitor offerings to help shape product strategy and drive innovation

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Commercial, and Product teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps
  • Priceline is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Lead Product Manager to lead the product strategy, development, and execution of key platform capabilities and customer-facing experiences across our Flight product.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of consumer-facing product management experience, preferably defining and delivering digital products at scale
  • 2+ years of experience managing other PMs
  • Strong analytical abilities with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, diagnose problems, and recommend actionable solutions
  • Extensive experience with experimentation and analytics tools
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Nice to have

  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, marketplace, or other consumer technology environments is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
