Requirements
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Applicants must be knowledgeable of Mammoth Mountain, June Mountain and Tamarack, its businesses and the surrounding communities.
- You must have exemplary people and communication skills.
- You must be a fluent English speaker.
- The ideal candidate has more than 10 years' experience visiting Mammoth Mountain, June Mountain and/or Tamarack Cross-Country Ski Area.
