About the role
- Reporting to the Assistant Leasing Manager, New Developments, you'll be the face of our communities - conducting tours, connecting with prospective residents, and supporting all aspects of the leasing process.
- This is a fast-paced, onsite role ideal for someone who thrives on creating great first impressions, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to the launch of vibrant new communities.
Responsibilities
- Lead leasing and resident relations functions for the community, regularly evaluating key performance metrics such as occupancy, lease conversions, and move-ins.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of suite types, layouts, availability, community amenities, neighbourhood offerings, and value-added resident services.
- Perform background and credit checks and ensure timely communication with applicants regarding their application.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by engaging residents and prospects through multiple touchpoints across the leasing and resident lifecycle.

Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and supervisors.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager, Rent Café, and Funnel is an asset.
- A self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and adaptability.
- Passion for excellence in customer service and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation
- The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $45,000 – $50,000 prorated for the duration of the contract.
