About the role

Respond to hourly employee payroll inquiries professionally and with a solutions-oriented approach.
Assist with off-cycle adjustments, manual payments, corrections, and related audits.
Participate in ADP system configuration, testing, and optimization projects.

Own end-to-end processing of hourly/non-exempt payroll cycles with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and compliance
Provide backup support and assist with salaried/exempt payroll processing as needed.
Collaborate with HR and Finance to support system enhancements, workflow improvements, and reporting needs.
Contribute to ADP Celergo implementation and ongoing management in support of global payroll operations.
Support payroll-related workstreams tied to international expansion, including operations in India.
Maintain payroll records in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Support year-end processing, tax filings, audits, and ad hoc reporting as requested.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with ADP platforms (e.g., Workforce Now, Run, or comparable ADP product)
ADP proficiency is required.
Working knowledge of multi-state payroll laws, tax withholding requirements, and wage and hour compliance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with ADP Celergo for international/global payroll operations, including payroll processing for India-based employees.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a computer keyboard and mouse; reach with hands and arms; talk and listen.
The employee is frequently required to walk and sit.
The employee is occasionally required to stand, stoop, or kneel.
