Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and strategies to minimize equipment downtime and ensure operational efficiency
- Work cross-functionally to develop, deploy, and sustain lean manufacturing processes.
Nice to have
- As required, assist or lead in the prompt implementation of Non-Conformance resolution, and Corrective and Preventive Action(s).
- Apply experience with manufacturing process equipment to lead the selection and/or design of equipment for prototype and full-scale manufacturing.
- Evaluate and upgrade process equipment as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Min.5 years leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- 10+ years experience of maintenance/ production experience within a manufacturing environment
