About the role

  • This role is responsible for the implementation and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, among other platforms.
  • Our way of working combines flexibility with in-person collaboration to spark ideas and strengthen our teams.
  • Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-funnel projects from start to finish, while coming up with creative ways to advance the brand through paid social
  • Drive effective client services and client relationships through accurate and timely communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and key paid social partners to nurture performance growth
  • Review and manage client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
  • Liaises with vendors and third-party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
  • Coach and develop junior staff by supervising and providing QA on their projects and day to day activities
  • Plan paid social campaigns via regular tactical recommendations for clients that include strategic social media investment across partners
  • Work with platform partners to facilitate media plan proposals, campaign measurement, and custom media activations
  • Maintain brand safety, suitability, and viewability metrics across all activations
  • You will maintain, develops, and exceed performance targets for the brand, and be charged with gathering data from social platforms and distilling it into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years' experience working in Ads Manager in several social channels such as, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit Snapchat, Tik Tok, Twitter, Pinterest etc.
  • Experience working at an advertising or digital marketing agency
  • 2+ year experience setting up and tracking paid social campaigns from start to completion
  • Must be able to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital media landscape for both branding and direct response campaigns
  • Ability to work independently as well as work in a team in a collaborative, problem-solving environment
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables)
  • Detailed knowledge of paid social marketing techniques and platform buying tools
  • Ability to manipulate, analyze and interpret large quantities of data
  • Must be eager and willing to learn, with exemplary attention to detail, with advanced experience in reporting and campaign builds
  • Solid understanding of media technologies and emerging trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills. Must be able to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data
  • Experience working with influencers, creator/content partners
