About the role
- The Construction Manager has full field-level responsibility for coordinating and supervising all construction activities, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-schedule delivery.
- The construction manager is responsible at site for Leadership and technical expertise to ensure all construction activities are completed on time.
Responsibilities
- Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and coordination sessions with contractors to reinforce expectations and resolve issues.
- Validate progress claims, manpower levels, and productivity against the approved schedule and plan Provide accurate input for weekly and monthly progress reports, including forecasts and recovery actions where needed.
- Support interface management by ensuring smooth coordination between contractors and disciplines working in adjacent areas.
- Maintain strong working relationships with contractor supervisors and client field representatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
- Equivalent progressive site-based construction experience in supervisory or management roles will be considered.
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship. #LI-BB1.

- And Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
Nice to have
- Professional certification in Construction Management or Site Supervision is preferred.
- Formal training in Advanced HSE or Quality Leadership is preferred.
