About the role

  • While based at a primary site, this role collaborates across facilities, working closely with pharmacists, physicians, nurses, interdisciplinary care teams, and enterprise pharmacy committees.

Requirements

  • PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
  • ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Must have ability to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person
  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
  • Join the Cleveland Clinic Florida Research and Innovation Center (FRIC) to gain hands-on research experience with the latest, evidence-based and advanced technologies.

Nice to have

  • Board certification.
  • Completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY1), fellowship or relevant post-graduate pharmacy experience.
  • Prior experience in critical care, pain management, anticoagulation consult services or opioid stewardship (for opioid role)
  • Strong background in acute care/inpatient settings
