Responsibilities
- Work closely with your Senior Recruiter mentor to understand diverse position profiles across operations, accounting, and corporate office functions; collaborate with Hiring Managers as assigned.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and real-time status updates within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support the team in building diverse talent pipelines through university outreach, military/veteran programs, and industry-specific networking
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by your Senior Recruiter to build expertise in full-cycle recruiting
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the Talent Acquisition department
- The Junior Recruiter will support Moss's Talent Acquisition team by driving the sourcing, screening, and coordination of candidates across various business units.
