- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate existing conditions and provide recommendations and solutions.
- Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution preferred
- Bachelor's Degree considered with strong experience.
- Current license to practice architecture in Michigan (or ability to obtain in a reasonable timeframe)
- NCARB registration and LEED accreditation are preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software
- familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM workflows is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail.
