About the role
- This role requires someone who can balance high-volume order processing with personalized service, communicate clearly with jobsite crews, and take ownership of the in-store experience.
- Accuracy, speed, and product knowledge are key to success.
- This role reports to Paint Center Manager.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in retail, paint supply, construction supply, or a related customer service role preferred
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency, and able to use the company's point of sale software, Epicor Biztrack.
- Physically able to work the majority of your shift standing, and ability to lift, push and pull products up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Process orders, quotes, returns, and special requests using our POS system
