- Facilitate technical tradeoff discussions balancing performance, manufacturability, cost, schedule, and deployment readiness.
Responsibilities
- Program Leadership Lead end-to-end execution of new product development programs from concept through production.
- Develop and manage integrated schedules, milestones, critical paths, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive cross-functional program reviews, status reporting, action tracking, and executive updates.
- Cross-Functional Execution Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations to align priorities and deliverables.
- Product Launch & Manufacturing Readiness Support NPD/NPI activities from design through production ramp.
- Coordinate suppliers, OEMs, and manufacturing partners to maintain program schedules.
- Process Improvement Maintain core program documentation including schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, and launch checklists.
- Employees may perform other related duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product development, or related engineering roles.
- Experience leading complex hardware, industrial equipment, infrastructure, or mission-critical product development programs.
- Strong understanding of NPD, NPI, validation, change control, and production ramp processes.
- Experience managing integrated schedules, risk registers, and executive reporting.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with data center infrastructure, critical facilities, thermal or electrical systems, or related industrial products.
- Experience with PLM, ERP/MRP, and engineering document control systems.
- Experience working with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and global suppliers.
- PMP, MBA, or advanced technical degree preferred.
Compensation
- $25k-$40k
Benefits

- Expected Salary Range $150,000-$200,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus.
