  • Facilitate technical tradeoff discussions balancing performance, manufacturability, cost, schedule, and deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership Lead end-to-end execution of new product development programs from concept through production.
  • Develop and manage integrated schedules, milestones, critical paths, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive cross-functional program reviews, status reporting, action tracking, and executive updates.
  • Cross-Functional Execution Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations to align priorities and deliverables.
  • Product Launch & Manufacturing Readiness Support NPD/NPI activities from design through production ramp.
  • Coordinate suppliers, OEMs, and manufacturing partners to maintain program schedules.
  • Process Improvement Maintain core program documentation including schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, and launch checklists.
  • Employees may perform other related duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product development, or related engineering roles.
  • Experience leading complex hardware, industrial equipment, infrastructure, or mission-critical product development programs.
  • Strong understanding of NPD, NPI, validation, change control, and production ramp processes.
  • Experience managing integrated schedules, risk registers, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data center infrastructure, critical facilities, thermal or electrical systems, or related industrial products.
  • Experience with PLM, ERP/MRP, and engineering document control systems.
  • Experience working with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and global suppliers.
  • PMP, MBA, or advanced technical degree preferred.

Compensation

  • $25k-$40k

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Expected Salary Range $150,000-$200,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus.

  • The successful candidate will own integrated program plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and ready for manufacturing and deployment.
  • This role requires a highly organized technical leader capable of driving execution across internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
