Facilitate technical tradeoff discussions balancing performance, manufacturability, cost, schedule, and deployment readiness.

Program Leadership Lead end-to-end execution of new product development programs from concept through production.
Develop and manage integrated schedules, milestones, critical paths, risks, and dependencies.
Drive cross-functional program reviews, status reporting, action tracking, and executive updates.
Cross-Functional Execution Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations to align priorities and deliverables.
Product Launch & Manufacturing Readiness Support NPD/NPI activities from design through production ramp.
Coordinate suppliers, OEMs, and manufacturing partners to maintain program schedules.
Process Improvement Maintain core program documentation including schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, and launch checklists.
Employees may perform other related duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in technical program management, product development, or related engineering roles.
Experience leading complex hardware, industrial equipment, infrastructure, or mission-critical product development programs.
Strong understanding of NPD, NPI, validation, change control, and production ramp processes.
Experience managing integrated schedules, risk registers, and executive reporting.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Experience with data center infrastructure, critical facilities, thermal or electrical systems, or related industrial products.
Experience with PLM, ERP/MRP, and engineering document control systems.
Experience working with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and global suppliers.
PMP, MBA, or advanced technical degree preferred.

Expected Salary Range $150,000-$200,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus.

Position Overview The Technical Program Manager, New Product Development leads cross-functional execution of new product development programs supporting Fleet's data center infrastructure products.
This role partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations to drive products from concept through design, validation, launch, and production.
The successful candidate will own integrated program plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and ready for manufacturing and deployment.
This role requires a highly organized technical leader capable of driving execution across internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
