Requirements
- The Level II Field Service Technician must be able to diagnose and resolve most technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the product life.
- Requirements Technical or Trade degree, High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with computers and installation of controls related firmware and software.
- Ability to effectively work as an individual but also coordinate and work with a team.
