Ocean House Management Fine Dining Server A Collection Unlike Any Other The Ocean House Collections includes 3 luxury.
The Ocean House features 49 luxury guest rooms, 18 signature suites.
The Cottage Collection includes 10 privately owned vacation homes.

Farm-to-table dining utilizes the finest and freshest locally sourced ingredients, and inspired amenities and resort activities are designed to create extraordinary guest experiences.
The fine dining server position supports the activities of the Coast Restaurant, the fine dining venue in the Ocean House.
The same maintains high standards of food and beverage quality and service.

Constantly and consistently exhibit Ocean House Collections culture and standards of conduct including adherence to the Forbes Five-Star standards.
Ensures that restaurant is clean, linen, china and silverware are in excellent conditions prior to service.
As well as the table appointments, including center table arrangements are impeccable.
Have a high level of understanding of wine pairings.
Communicate effectively with the Director of Restaurants and Wine Director as appropriate to ensure training in the Cocktail Menu and wines takes place on a daily basis prior to service.
Ensure service is performed in a timely, efficient yet comfortable manner in order to maintain proper pace of service and as required by Forbes 5-Star standards.
Represent the Company with a positive attitude and professional presentation.
Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to the Company's sustainability programs.

The Ocean & Harvest Spa is a 12,000 square foot Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star rated full-service health wellness spa.

Responsible for practicing, managing, and promoting the Company's Statement of Purpose, Service Excellence Pillars, and Declarations so that it becomes an intricate part of the everyday operation.
