About the role
- The Solutions Consultant is responsible for leading complex client implementations and ensuring overall project success.
- This role serves as the primary point of contact for project-related activities, owning scope, managing onsite resources, and identifying and mitigating risks.
- The Solutions Consultant also plays a key role in system configuration, integration, and ensuring operational alignment with customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Define, manage, and control project scope, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing escalation plans and driving resolution of issues impacting scope, timeline, or customer satisfaction.
- Install, configure, test, and validate system solutions to ensure operational consistency and production readiness.
- Manage data conversion and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity throughout implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements and enhance implementation processes based on client feedback.
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation is completed and transitioned to support teams for ongoing client success
- Collaborate with customers to gather operational requirements and design system configurations that maximize efficiency and product capabilities.
- Lead onsite teams by developing detailed schedules and directing internal and external resources to meet project objectives.
- Resilient and able to perform under pressure in dynamic environments
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in system implementation, consulting, or hospitality technology environments.
- Experience with hospitality systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), inventory/procurement systems, or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of business operations and accounting practices.
- Proven experience managing complex project implementation lifecycles.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 90%), including domestic and international travel.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (including PowerPoint and Visio)
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client success
- Collaboration and teamwork across cross-functional groups
Compensation
- $74,000 - $100,000 USD
