About the role

The Solutions Consultant is responsible for leading complex client implementations and ensuring overall project success.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for project-related activities, owning scope, managing onsite resources, and identifying and mitigating risks.
The Solutions Consultant also plays a key role in system configuration, integration, and ensuring operational alignment with customer needs.

Responsibilities

Define, manage, and control project scope, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
Identify and mitigate project risks, developing escalation plans and driving resolution of issues impacting scope, timeline, or customer satisfaction.
Install, configure, test, and validate system solutions to ensure operational consistency and production readiness.
Manage data conversion and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity throughout implementation.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements and enhance implementation processes based on client feedback.
Ensure comprehensive project documentation is completed and transitioned to support teams for ongoing client success
Collaborate with customers to gather operational requirements and design system configurations that maximize efficiency and product capabilities.
Lead onsite teams by developing detailed schedules and directing internal and external resources to meet project objectives.
Resilient and able to perform under pressure in dynamic environments

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in system implementation, consulting, or hospitality technology environments.
Experience with hospitality systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), inventory/procurement systems, or related technologies.
Strong understanding of business operations and accounting practices.
Proven experience managing complex project implementation lifecycles.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 90%), including domestic and international travel.
Required Skills & Competencies
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (including PowerPoint and Visio)
Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands
Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client success
Collaboration and teamwork across cross-functional groups

Compensation

$74,000 - $100,000 USD
