Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that speak to lending-specific use cases from application to close
- Drive post-sale adoption by embedding with customer teams, establishing what "good" looks like, and training users on best practices - define team structure, roles & responsibilities, and governance
- Serve as a trusted ongoing commercial partner across your account base - identifying expansion opportunities and surfacing renewal risks early
- You'll lead discovery with prospective customers, deliver compelling demos, drive post-sale adoption, and serve as an ongoing commercial presence with our lending accounts.
- If you speak the language of loan origination and want to be at the center of a fast-moving vertical build, this role is for you.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in lending operations, mortgage technology, or financial services customer-facing roles (sales, CS, implementation, or advisory)
